Disclosure of Income

As an AMFI-Registered Mutual Fund Distributor, Siddarth Sharma earns commission from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for mutual fund schemes placed with investors. This income is disclosed below by scheme type, in the interest of full transparency with clients.

Brokerage/commission rates are set independently by each fund house (AMC) and revised quarterly. Current period: 1 July 2026 – 30 September 2026. Full scheme wise structures are available below as issued by each AMC.

Commission rates vary by scheme, AMC and prevailing regulatory limits set by SEBI/AMFI and are subject to change without prior notice. Trail commission is paid annually, in arrears, for as long as an investment is held; rates typically step down from the 4th year onward. This disclosure is made in accordance with clause 4(d) of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/IMD/CIR No. 4/168230/09 dated 30 June 2009, which requires distributors to disclose all commissions payable to them across competing schemes recommended to an investor. Figures above are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise in the linked document; please refer to the relevant AMC's PDF for exact rates.
